I’m a Clinical Psychologist currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have been actively practicing with clients for over 2 years.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy and emotional safety. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, substance abuse and trauma.

I currently offer **audio-based therapy sessions** on priority, as many clients feel more comfortable expressing themselves in this format. Sessions are tailored, confidential, and held in a safe, judgment-free space.
