Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both clients and psychologists.
Refund Eligibility
If you cancel your appointment at least 8 hours in advance via email to pakistanpsychologist@gmail.com, you're eligible for a refund.
Refund Deduction
80% of the fee will be refunded. 20% is retained as a cancellation handling charge.
Refund Mode & Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method after approval.

Psychologist Commission Policy
We aim to build long-term partnerships with our psychologists. Here’s how we manage payouts:
Standard Commission
We charge a 35% commission per completed session.
Payout Details
After deducting our commission and 5% bank/payment gateway charges, psychologists receive 60% of the total consultation fee.
Flexible Terms
Psychologists can contact us to negotiate custom commission terms.
Payment Timeline
Payouts are processed within 7 working days after session completion.
