At Psychologists.com.pk, we strive to provide quality and reliable online mental health services. We understand that sessions may sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please review our refund policy below:

When Can You Get a Refund?

  • ✔️ Duplicate Payment: Charged more than once for the same session.
  • ✔️ Therapist Didn't Attend: Psychologist not available at the scheduled time.
  • ✔️ Technical Issues: Session failed due to platform/system issue.
  • ✔️ Session Cancelled: Cancelled by the platform or therapist.

Session Cancellation & Charges

🕒 Notify us at least 8 hours before the scheduled time.

💸 20% cancellation fee will be deducted.

When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

  • ❌ Cancelling less than 8 hours before the session.
  • ❌ Missing the session without prior notice (No-Show).
  • ❌ Attending the session and requesting refund due to dissatisfaction (except ethical concerns).

How to Request a Refund

Please email us within 24 hours of the issue. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Session date and time
  • Reason for the refund
  • Payment proof (screenshot or receipt)

Refund Processing Time

  • ✅ Processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  • ✅ Refunds are sent to original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank, etc.).
