Your Responsibilities as a Client

• 🤝 Show respectful behavior towards psychologists and platform staff.
• 🚫 Avoid abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language.

Our Role as a Platform

• 🔗 We connect clients with verified professionals.
• 🧠 We do not interfere with the therapy process.
• ⚠️ We are not responsible for decisions/actions taken outside of the platform.

Session Booking & Payments

• 💳 All bookings require advance payment via our secure system.
• 📩 Booking is only confirmed after successful payment.
• 🔄 Refunds & cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

• 🔒 All sessions are private and confidential.
• 🛑 No session is recorded or shared without permission.

Account Termination

We may suspend or remove your account without notice if:

• 📛 You use fake or misleading information.

Limitation of Liability
